Core Options & Specs
Thicknesses: 35, 50, 80, 100 mm; sizes up to 1,200×4,000 mm; customizable with covings, bends, conduits, view panels.
Rockwool (98 kg/m³): High fire resistance & sound insulation.
PUF (42 kg/m³): Very light, excellent thermal insulation.
PCGI: Term unclear/not standard in steel industry (may need clarification).

Honeycomb (22–32 kg/m³): Light, strong, adaptable.
Assembly & Scalability
Fully modular, quick to assemble/reconfigure/expand.
Enables rapid scalability with minimal downtime.
Precision fit ensures airtight sealing, maintains pressure differentials, and meets ISO-class cleanroom standards.

Hygiene & Resistance
Smooth, non-porous, ledge-free surfaces for quick disinfection.
Designed to prevent contamination.
Resistant to fire, chemicals, and harsh pharmaceutical cleaning protocols.
PIR (46 kg/m³): Superior fire safety & thermal stability.
SS: Corrosion-resistant alloy with ≥10.5% chromium for strength and durability.
PPGI: Pre-painted galvanized steel with zinc coating for corrosion resistance and durability.
CLEAN ROOM DOORS & WINDOWS
Doors: Airtight, seamless, and flush-mounted to prevent particle ingress. Made from non-porous, easy-to-clean materials (stainless steel or coated panels). Designed to maintain pressure differentials, support ISO-class cleanliness, and resist fire/chemicals if required.
Windows: Double-glazed, flush-fitted, and sealed to avoid dust traps. Clear for visibility, with anti-static, shatterproof glass. Maintains airtight integrity and withstands cleaning/disinfection protocols.
EMERGENCY EXIT DOORS
Designed for safe, rapid evacuation while maintaining cleanroom integrity, our emergency exit doors feature fire-rated construction, airtight sealing, and high-grade stainless steel or powder-coated finishes. Equipped with panic bars, vision panels, and advanced seals, they ensure compliance with international safety and cleanroom standards.
Available in customizable sizes and finishes, these doors combine durability, hygiene, and regulatory compliance for critical environments..
HVAC SYSTEM
At Bluetide Engineering, we design and manufacture advanced HVAC systems engineered to meet the stringent demands of controlled environments such as cleanrooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, electronics, and food processing.

Precise Climate Control:
Our systems offer accurate temperature and humidity regulation, essential for compliance with cleanroom and industry-specific standards.

AHU
The AHU is the “heart” of a cleanroom’s HVAC system, responsible for circulating, filtering, heating/cooling, and dehumidifying air and high-efficiency HEPA filters remove dust, bacteria, and viruses to ensure pure and contamination free.

Energy Efficiency:
Featuring double-skin insulated panels, high-efficiency fans, and variable frequency drives (VFDs), our units deliver reliable performance with substantial energy savings.
Energy Efficiency:

Regulatory Compliance: Designed and built to satisfy ISO 14644, ASHRAE, cGMP, NEC, and other key global standards for cleanroom HVAC systems.
Automation & Safety: Integrated control panels, BMS compatibility for remote monitoring, redundant fans for reliability, and enhanced fire safety features (fire dampers, safety doors).

Ducting
Ducting delivers filtered air in cleanrooms through smooth, corrosion‑resistant, airtight channels to prevent leaks and contamination. It ensures stable airflow, integrates HEPA filters, and is designed for easy cleaning while meeting ISO/GMP standards.

Robust Construction:
Housings are manufactured using corrosion-resistant materials—stainless steel, aluminum, or pre-painted galvanized steel—ensuring durability even in the harshest environments.
Capacity Range: Up to 20,000CFM to support facilities of any scale.
